Sales conditions:
• Prices are wholesale, expressed in euros (€) without VAT.
• After filling the basket and sending the order, you will be sent an official offer with prices, delivery dates, payment and delivery conditions as soon as possible. For any ambiguities, Crescat d.o.o. will contact the customer and coordinate everything regarding the order itself. The order generated via the website http://www.crescat.hr does not constitute an invoice nor is it binding, both for the seller and the buyer, and is considered an invitation to submit an official binding offer. Offers made directly on the page are of an informative nature and are not binding for Crescat d.o.o.
• Payment of goods for legal entities is possible upon offer by wire transfer or e-banking, with previously agreed conditions, delayed payment is also possible. For natural persons, it is possible to pay according to the offer you receive after your order. The offer itself shows all the information that needs to be filled in on the general payment form or on internet banking. With the completed payment slip, you can go to the bank, post office or FINA and make the payment. For orders and payments outside the Republic of Croatia, payment via PayPal is also possible.
• You can also request and implement offers and orders by phone, fax, e-mail or by personally coming to our wholesale showroom at Nova Vesa 8 during office hours.
• Discounts are granted on the stated prices depending on the quantity, method of payment or in accordance with the contract concluded with the company Crescat doo
• In the event of a change in purchase or market prices, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Product prices that are not included in the price list are available upon request.
Shipping:
• For purchases with a total amount above €130.00 + VAT, free delivery is provided throughout the Republic of Croatia. For smaller amounts, the delivery cost will be visible on the payment offer – the average delivery price is €4.65 + VAT, depending on the weight and volume of the shipment. For sensitive, voluminous or large items such as paper, cardboard, foam boards, plastic foils, aluminum frames and items for which this is highlighted on our page, we will show you the shipping price on our offer.
NOTE : when purchasing archival drawers, we provide free delivery and collection in the area of the city of Zagreb, and for other areas of the Republic of Croatia, free delivery is provided to the nearest location to the place of delivery that is accessible by vehicle. The buyer is obliged to ensure that the product is brought in, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase.
• Delivery time: as a rule, for goods in the warehouse 24 hours (or the first working day), and for other goods 15 to 45 days from the day of the order.
• When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment, and in case of visible external damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company making the delivery) and may not take the shipment from the delivery person. The seller waives all responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery, and subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
Complaints after delivery
The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller after delivery without compensation if he was delivered goods that he did not specify on the purchase order, and if the product is unused and undamaged. The customer has the right to complain about defective goods within 7 (seven) days from receiving the goods. In this case, the buyer is obliged to return the defective goods in the original packaging, after which the seller will send the buyer a replacement product within 3 (three) working days, without any compensation.

The company Crescat d.o.o. undertakes to keep confidential all data obtained during user registration or in any other way and will not use them for any other purposes.
