Hahnemühle Bugra paper got its name from the Bu ch und Gra fikmesse fair that was held in Leipzig, Germany, in the 1920s. These papers are produced on a traditional machine with a cylindrical mold and come with irregular textured edges (eng. deckle edge , german. Büttenrand ). You can choose from 19 fade-resistant colors available. Thanks to the wide selection of striking and attractive colors, this paper is ideal for a wide variety of printing techniques, as well as numerous dry painting techniques. Bugra is also often used as a front sheet in bookbinding and book restoration, as a base for marbled papers (for marbling), and is also a superior lamination solution when framing pictures.
