Adhesive with wide application possibilities, for paper in bookbinding, for calibrating paper and fabric, for thickening water for washing marble paper. Used to remove old glue from book covers and spines or added to polyvinyl acetate to slow drying time. The powder is simply mixed with cold water and starch glue or other adhesives. It does not leave stains, does not remove color from the paper, does not disintegrate in the dry or liquid state, and heat and cold do not leave a mark on it.
